Team building, team organisation, team coaching

Successful teamwork by means of team development, consulting and support, taking into account the systemic approach and the adaptation of Scrum elements as well as behaviour-oriented team building approaches, are the basis of my support approach.

 

In order to achieve the desired success in an organisation (companies, businesses, public and social sectors), teamwork and its development is a key success factor, both in terms of performance and motivation as well as organisation and work processes.

When different people work together, diverse ways of thinking, values, working approaches and communication patterns come together.

In order to transform this individuality into successful co-operation, common goals and rules are necessary. Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to work on the essential issues and jointly identify the team's resources and strengths:

 

  • What does each individual understand by teamwork?

  • What can teamwork in a team look like?

  • What are the factors for successful teamwork?

  • What are the common goals?

  • What manners and rules does the team need?

  • What resources do the individual team members bring to the table?

  • What is the strength of the team?

 

With the help of different questions, the team should independently develop goals and ways for successful co-operation. Here I see myself, strongly rooted in the Scrum philosophy, as a mediator and coach.
