ABOUT ME

hinzconsultants (Michael Hinz) was founded in 2003.

Since then, I have been advising various companies and sectors (stock exchanges, banks, financial services organisations, catering/hospitality, retail) in Germany, Europe and Asia.

Based on my guiding principle "You can recognise a really good idea by the fact that its realisation seems impossible from the outset." (Einstein), I specialise in combining professional and technical expertise with a strong team spirit in agile contexts.

hinz consultants (Michael Hinz) stands for partnership-based, trusting, constructive and team-orientated work with and for my clients, often in interdisciplinary and multicultural team compositions.

The focus here is on joint analysis, conceptualisation and implementation, based on agile, team-oriented process thinking.

Only when all the building blocks are interlinked can a viable, stable and resilient framework be created to master the respective challenges.
