
Organisational development/consulting and process organisation
I see myself as a mediator between the organisational development approach and its scientific foundations from the point of view of effective process organisation. Adapting to the requirements of national and international regulations and implementing current supervisory and regulatory requirements is a central element of this.
The development and optimisation of purposeful process flows and architectures in conjunction with knowledge from organisational psychology and organisational development as well as agile project philosophy offer the option of lasting and successful, accepted structural adjustments.
Reorganisation and documentation of work processes on the basis of common, specialist or technically used platforms are just as much a part of this as the necessary specialist briefings and group or individual briefings.
Operational support through direct collaboration (e.g. in management, organisation, process planning, regulatory reporting, accounting, financial accounting, marketing, public relations and customer care) is my credo.
The sector portfolio includes banks, financial services organisations, the catering/hospitality industry, industry, administration, media and cultural businesses, retail and teaching organisations.
I am passionate about setting up agile project structures with a focus on Scrum (scruminc. certification ID#RSM-9128061).
