The search for suitable personnel is difficult and in service occupations, particularly in the catering, hotel and care sectors, it is a mammoth task.
For many years, I have maintained contacts in the Asian market and am repeatedly asked whether there is an opportunity to work in Germany.
The interested parties are usually trained professionals who want to work in Germany for a few years. In particular, there are also candidates who see this as an opportunity for higher qualification (specialisation in vocational training, dual forms of training) among the interested parties.
My Asian partners and I help with the application for work permits so that the assignment can take place quickly.
